Anais Zanotti

NASM Certified and one of the world's most prominent trainers, Anais is based in Florida and is celebrated for her powerful programs, and strong physique. Recognised for her expertise through a number of publications in America and throughout Europe, Anais is one of the world's most celebrated trainers, working with clients from all demographics, looking to achieve varying goals.

'I have always been fascinated by health & fitness and decided to make it my dream job 3 years ago. I started doing bodybuilding at the age of 15 and quite soon after it became my passion; I simply love helping people to transform their body, becoming stronger and more badass! I love how it feels after a great workout, and to be able to change my body. My journey hasn't been the easiest since I have Thyroid issues (Hypothyroidism) so I gain weight very easy. This is why started paying more attention to always having a good die, and push harder while training to be able to look like I do today. So if you struggle with losing weight or gaining muscle, you have come to the right person.'

Originally from Saint Tropez, France, Anais moved to the United States 10 years ago to learn English. She fell in love with Miami and became an International model. Her special talent and passion is skydiving. Having started that 8 years ago she now has over 1,500 jumps under her belt and multiple modeling and stunt opportunities through her hobby. She has also been part of 3 French TV shows and has been featured in the biggest mainstream magazines, such as Women’s Fitness, Men’s Fitness, Muscle Mag, Fox Sports US and Latin, GQ, Esquire, Maxim, Us, Maxim español, FHM, Playboy International, People Magazine, Daily Mail, Daily Star, TMZ, just to name a few. Gladly retired from modeling, her heart is 100% into fitness now, and to all of you who desire to make a change in your life.

'I started doing Calisthenics over a year ago. I was only able to do 3 pull-ups until I started to focus on it and it took me 2 months to be able to do 10. Now I can do 20 pull-ups in a row and two weight pull-ups with 55 pounds hooked to my weight belt. As a woman, we all know, this is very challenging so if your dream is to be able to do your own pull-ups, I will be more than happy to take you to the next level quickly and safely.
